Cakes

Honey cake

A delicate multi-layered cake. Available as a two cream option (caramel and sour cream + custard cream “Ice cream”),
classic (whipped sour cream+heavy cream), and
caramel cream (with dulce de leche).

Napoleon cake

Multi-layered cake, made from the thinnest layers of handmade puff pastry with author’s smooth and rich pastry cream. Cake with the taste of “ice cream in a waffle cup”.

Esterhazy (aka Hungarian walnut cake)

Hungarian walnut cake, base of meringue crust with roasted nut mix, light caramel cream, apricot filling and white chocolate mousse with signature spider web.

Kiev cake

The cake consists of layers of meringue with crushed nuts and two creams – delicate butter cream hidden inside the layer and chocolate ganache.

Prague cake

Moist chocolate biscuit with notes of orange, apricot pieces and filling, chocolate cream and mirror glaze.

Black Forest cake

Classic moist chocolate sponge cake with rich sour cherry filling, whipped heavy cream and chocolate decor.

Pavlova

Delicate crispy meringue with viscous interior, berry or fruit sauce, light cream of whipped cream and yogurt, berries or fruits in the filling.

Red velvet cake

Created based on the classic Red Velvet, but similar to it only in color. Thin layers of shortcrust pastry alternate with layers of raspberry filling and a delicate mousse of sour cream and whipped cream.

Ferrero Rocher cake

Cake for connoisseurs of chocolate and nut flavors. Nut-chocolate sponge cake with whole hazelnuts, a crispy layer with caramelized wafer crumbs and nuts, a delicate mousse based on milk chocolate and nut butter and, of course, a thin layer of the same glaze.

Raspberry-peach cake

Raspberry-peach air cake (vanilla sponge with raspberry-peach filling with light cream). This cake can be filled with various seasonal berries and fruits.

Bird’s Milk Cake

Souffle cake on a layer of airy sponge cake. Fantastically tender and porous, with minimal sweetness in every spoon, rich vanilla flavor and interesting texture. Complemented with chocolate glaze from Belgian chocolate and berry decor.

Moscow cake

Meet the Moscow cake, which has become a symbol of the city (like Kiev cake, Prague, Sacher, Leningradskiy). This cake was first created in 2015 and was the result of a competitive selection among confectioners. My version of the cake has a slightly lighter texture and taste than the original but without losing the original soundness. The dominant feature in the cake is, of course, hazelnuts. It reveals its aroma in the cream and in the viscous cakes, leaving behind a rich caramel flavor and the soft, delicate creaminess of mascarpone. A cake for connoisseurs of rich flavors and textures. Gluten free!

Anthill cake (Muraveynik) classic version

A classic version of a childhood favorite dessert made from pieces of shortbread cookies (eggs free), cream from boiled condensed milk, butter and fried walnuts. Available in the form of portioned cakes and cakes.

New-Muraveynik (Anthill cake) author’s version

A more delicate version of a classic dessert. Aromatic shortcrust pastry, crispy and crumbly, a lighter version of caramel cream – with mascarpone and roasted walnuts. Here, tenderness, brightness and richness of taste are in balance.

New Strawberry Anthill cake

Another version of crispy shortbread cookies, strawberry custard with curd cheese and juicy strawberry filling.

Molly cake

Shortbread cookies and ice cream flavor. The mousse soufflé envelops the cookies with a light citrus aftertaste, some of the cookies are soaked, and some are crunchy and give pleasure from the difference in textures and their harmonious combination.
All this tenderness is hidden under a rich berry mousse with a pleasant sourness. Each piece is as if we picked a handful of ripe fresh berries and eat them with the most delicious ice cream between two cookies.

Jessica cake

Airy moist layer, creamy delicate vanilla cream with mascarpone, apricot and raspberry layers with pieces of berries and fruits and baked meringue in the decoration. The cake can be with other seasonal fruits and berries, including a tropical version (mango-passion fruit).

Carrot spiced cake

Juicy carrot sponge cake with spices, nuts and apple pieces, delicate caramel cream with dots of vanilla beans and lots and lots of berry filling with a pleasant sourness (cherry or cranberry).

Chocolate Eden cake

A sponge cake that reveals all the shades of Belgian milk chocolate combined with strawberries. Rich sponge cake, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate mousse and strawberry compote with pieces of berries will not leave even the most sophisticated dessert connoisseurs indifferent.

Dali pancake cake

Bright cherry sourness, sweet vanilla mousse with sour cream and beautiful chocolate pancakes are decorated in an interesting cake with a beautiful cut.

Moana cake

Juliette cake
